Napa - parts are bit more expensive; seem to be a bit better quality; MUCH better customer service; good knowledge level of employees; able to get pretty much any part very quickly. Advance Auto Parts - customer service and knowledge level of employees is very hit and miss.

No, it definitely is not. I placed a rather substantial order with them a few years ago with air shipping. They screwed something up with the packaging, as the order was returned to them by FedEx.

Yes they cost more the Walmart but they carry a lot that Walmart doesn't and will scan you car for you if you have a CEL. But they are likely cheaper than your dealer and are more accessible than your dealer with extended hours and easier locations.

Sam's Club, Amazon, Costco and Best Buy offer competitive prices on store-brand batteries while Walmart offers great deals on generic brands. As a comparison, I found CVS-brand AA batteries for 66 cents each and AAA batteries for 78 cents each.
